The reception team was quite helpful and cute. I found the location to be very advantageous, providing convenient access to numerous establishments such as eateries, boulangeries, retail outlets, pharmacies, and public transportation options. The room included a functional television and an openable window.
The immediate vicinity around the accommodation can appear somewhat unsettling after sunset.

Convenient stay near the stations

The location was a major plus for me because it's very near Gare du Nord. I found it easy to reach public transportation. The hotel has a storage room where i left my luggage before check-in and after check-out. This helped me enjoy the city more while waiting for my train.
The front desk wasn't particularly engaging. There were no greetings upon arrival. I felt the instructions were mumbled and hard to hear over the lobby music.

The hotel's proximity to Gare du Nord provided excellent access to transportation. I found many shops, pharmacies, cafes, and restaurants nearby, very convenient for getting essentials and exploring local cuisine. The area felt quite safe.

My room was very clean, and i appreciated the quiet atmosphere. The bed and shower were good. I thought it was a nice touch that i could refill my water bottle at a filtered water tap near reception.

i find the staffs really friendly and helpful with direction. the location is awesome to travel around with public transport. the twin room has comfortable beds for restful sleeps.
my room lacks of air conditioning system, slightly inconvinient during the warmer days.

the location worked well because it was close to the station. the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. our room had a good size, it was spacious enough for our luggage.
the room wasn't exactly like the pictures i saw online. there was no elevator, so i had to carry my luggage down the stairs. the bathroom seemed very small, it was hard to move around in there.

The location worked very well for me with its proximity to gare de l'est. It felt very comfortable. i found the staff helpful and always friendly. i really enjoyed the breakfast. It had good variety and fresh options.
I noticed some street noise at night. It made it a little difficult to sleep with the window open.

luggage room gare du nord bus line
the check in was fast. we could leave bags in the luggage room upon arrival. the hotel location near gare du nord is useful. a bus line offers easy access to the eiffel tower and river.
the front desk staff was not very cute. the music played in the lobby was loud. i found the interaction somewhat unsettling. the staff did not provide important information about hotel services.

the staff generally speaks both french and english which i found helpful. i appreciate the responsiveness and approachability from most of the team members. quick service helped address any needs that arose .
